Variety Details

Centennial is often called a classic American “super Cascade,” it expresses grapefruit and lemon with floral, resinous, woody and occasional stone-fruit notes. Its relatively high alpha acids make it a dependable dual-purpose hop. Use it throughout the kettle or as a late and dry hop in American pale ales, IPAs, amber ales, barleywines and modern lagers.

Beers and Pellets were evaluated using our Sensory Plus™ Trained Panel. Beers were dry hopped in a standard 2-Row Pale Ale at 2lb/barrel for 72 hours.
