Variety Details

Its broad profile spans citrus, tropical and sweet fruit, blueberry and other berries, flowers, herbs, pine and light earth. High alpha acids and expressive oils make it fully dual purpose, although whirlpool and dry-hop additions create its signature mosaic of aromas. It is central to modern pale ale and IPA and also performs well in lager, wheat beer, stout and single-hop showcases.

Beers and Pellets were evaluated using our Sensory Plus™ Trained Panel. Beers were dry hopped in a standard 2-Row Pale Ale at 2lb/barrel for 72 hours.
