Hop harvest ramps up during the waning weeks of August and continues on through early October. It’s the culmination of a long year of planning, planting and babying our beloved hops. There is a ton of activity during the harvest with farm operations in full swing for hop take-in and hop quality evaluations. But the highlight of the month for us here at Haas is when the brewers begin their annual hop selection. Given the current situation, we advise that all customers work directly with your Account Manager to schedule your hop selection and onsite visits.

Our state-of-the-art pelletizing facility is designed to produce various hop pellet products, like LUPOMAX™. In this temperature-controlled plant, we are able to produce pellets that perform exceptionally in the brewer’s kettle as well as in dry hopping applications.
