ARIANA

A new variety just released by the Hop Research Center in Hüll, Germany. Ariana is juicy with flavors of passion fruit, pineapple, black currant and tangerine—all balanced off with a floral note of jasmine. See specs

CALLISTA

Another new release from Hüll, Callista has a mild alpha range but still manages to pack a fruity punch of strawberry, orange, passion fruit and pear. This hop shines in delicate styles like pilsners, or in late additions for pale ales and IPAs. See specs

HÜLL MELON

A new variety from Germany with distinctive melon and strawberry aroma. It was released in 2012 to meet the craft beer industry’s never-ending desire for bold, innovative tastes and differentiating flavors. See specs

SAAZ

The famous aroma landrace hop variety originating in the Czech area of Saaz. This hop has very mild and pleasant noble hoppy notes, which are perfectly suited for—and actually define—the Czech-style pilsner beers. See specs
