John I. Haas Introduces LupoCORE™ Enhanced T90 Pellet

YAKIMA, WA – September 8, 2025 — John I. Haas Inc. (Haas^®), a global leader in hop products and category innovation, today announced the arrival of a new enhanced hop pellet, LupoCORE™, a next-generation T90 solution for brewers of all sizes, anywhere in the world.

Joining the proven performance of LupoMAX^®, LupoCORE is a versatile general-purpose pellet engineered to deliver consistent sensory outcomes, reliable brewhouse performance, and scalable application across production volumes. By leveraging Sensory Plus™ MRL-compliant selected hops and Haas’ industry-leading pellet processing, it’s the ideal choice for brewers seeking superior results in finished beer character without altering their brewing process.

Designed for seamless process integration at any point T90 hops are used, LupoCORE is launching with some of the most popular hop varieties, including Citra^® HBC 394 c.v., Mosaic^® HBC 369 c.v., and Krush^® HBC 586 c.v., with several more options on the way for crop year 2025 according to brewer feedback. LupoCORE is the latest innovation stemming from Sensory Plus engineering, a process pioneered by the Haas Brewing Solutions team to deliver true-to-type consistency from crop year to crop year. “Each lot is thoroughly profiled by our highly trained sensory panel. As part of the Sensory Plus process, we compare the data against blends from previous years, weighting the data based on dominant and secondary characteristics in order to make sure that the flavor chemistry and the intended outcomes are in alignment,” says Jeff Dailey, Sensory Manager at John I.
