Willamette

Aroma Hop

Variety Details

Willamette offers woody, earthy and herbal character with spice, flowers and a gentle fruit note. Low alpha acids make it primarily a late-kettle and finishing hop, though it can provide soft traditional bitterness. It is a natural fit for English and American ales, porter, stout, brown ale, amber ale and restrained lager.

Beers and Pellets were evaluated using our Sensory Plus™ Trained Panel. Beers were dry hopped in a standard 2-Row Pale Ale at 2lb/barrel for 72 hours.
