Variety Details

Warrior provides efficient, generally clean bitterness with restrained citrus, floral, herbal and light spice notes. Its primary role is early-kettle bittering, allowing more aromatic varieties to be reserved for later additions. It is broadly useful across IPAs, pale ales, lagers, stouts, porters and other beers requiring dependable bitterness.

Beers and Pellets were evaluated using our Sensory Plus™ Trained Panel. Beers were dry hopped in a standard 2-Row Pale Ale at 2lb/barrel for 72 hours.
