Variety Details
Its delicate profile combines spice and herbs with woody, tea-like, citrus and lightly cream-caramel tones. Low alpha acids make it an aroma and finishing hop, though traditional repeated kettle additions create exceptionally refined bitterness. It is essential to Czech pilsner and also fits pale lager, saison, Belgian-style ale and other beers built on subtle hop structure.
Beers and Pellets were evaluated using our Sensory Plus™ Trained Panel. Beers were dry hopped in a standard 2-Row Pale Ale at 2lb/barrel for 72 hours.
