Variety Details
Perle expresses herbs, mint and menthol with pine, soft citrus, flowers and gentle spice. Moderate alpha acids support both smooth bittering and late-hop flavor without excessive intensity. It is a dependable choice for pilsner, Helles, Kölsch, wheat beer, bock, Altbier and restrained ales.
Beers and Pellets were evaluated using our Sensory Plus™ Trained Panel. Beers were dry hopped in a standard 2-Row Pale Ale at 2lb/barrel for 72 hours.
