Variety Details
Often described as “super noble,” it combines flowers, herbs and peppery spice with lemon, dark fruit and a restrained woody quality. Its alpha level allows dual-purpose use, but late additions highlight its elegant aroma without becoming overly loud. It is highly adaptable across pilsner, Helles, saison, Belgian-style ale, pale ale and IPA.

Beers and Pellets were evaluated using our Sensory Plus™ Trained Panel. Beers were dry hopped in a standard 2-Row Pale Ale at 2lb/barrel for 72 hours.
