Aroma Hop

Variety Details

Liberty presents soft floral, citrus and woody character with gentle spice and herbs. Low alpha acids favor late-kettle, whirlpool and traditional finishing use, though all-kettle additions can create rounded lager bitterness. It is best suited to pilsner, Helles, Kölsch, cream ale, wheat beer and other restrained styles.

Beers and Pellets were evaluated using our Sensory Plus™ Trained Panel. Beers were dry hopped in a standard 2-Row Pale Ale at 2lb/barrel for 72 hours.
