Variety Details

Idaho 7 combines stone and tropical fruit with citrus, pine, resin and black-tea depth. High alpha acids make it useful throughout the brewhouse, while whirlpool and dry-hop additions deliver the fullest fruit-and-pine expression. It is especially effective in West Coast and hazy IPAs, pale ales, hop-forward lagers and strong ales.

Beers and Pellets were evaluated using our Sensory Plus™ Trained Panel. Beers were dry hopped in a standard 2-Row Pale Ale at 2lb/barrel for 72 hours.
