Variety Details

HBC 1324 c.v. is an experimental alpha hop variety from the Hop Breeding Company (HBC) bred for efficient, high-impact bittering performance. With very high yields and excellent agronomic potential, HBC 1324 is well suited for brewers looking to maximize hot-side performance while maintaining a clean, versatile hop character. Subtle notes of citrus zest, fresh herbal character, and light vegetal tones add complexity beyond bitterness.

Beers and Pellets were evaluated using our Sensory Plus™ Trained Panel. Beers were dry hopped in a standard 2-Row Pale Ale at 2lb/barrel for 72 hours.
