Variety Details

It gives clean, efficient bitterness with citrus, sweet-fruit, blackcurrant-like and green-grassy accents. Its principal role is early-kettle bittering, though later additions can provide restrained fruit and herbal complexity. It remains useful in American ales and lagers, porter, stout and any recipe needing dependable bitterness without an outsized aroma footprint.

Beers and Pellets were evaluated using our Sensory Plus™ Trained Panel. Beers were dry hopped in a standard 2-Row Pale Ale at 2lb/barrel for 72 hours.
