Our partner grower Hop Products Australia (HPA) have collaborated with a handful of celebrated breweries who are passionate about Aussie hops to produce a little book full of some very enjoyable beer recipes to help get your creative juices flowing, and demonstrate which aromas and flavors will show up in beer based on how and when their Aussie hops are commonly used.
Discover the origin stories of classic Australian hops like Galaxy®, Vic Secret™, Eclipse®, Ella™, Enigma®, Topaz™, and Luna®. Dissect their analytical data, study their sensory profiles, then get straight into some tried and true recipes from iconic Aussie breweries including Stone & Wood, Mountain Goat and Young Henrys, as well as legendary international breweries including Sawmill, Cellar West and Stone.
